With a passion for both art and food, Ezra Vollmeier integrates an alternative exhibition platform and pop-up kitchen onto a custom cargo bike.

“INSTANT GALLERY” offers a stage for emerging artists otherwise excluded by established art institutions. By unofficially coordinating with existing events, Vollmeier draws in visitors from galleries and museums, connecting the art, artist, and audience with “INSTANT” culinary creations.

Its pop-up, “Guerilla” approach protests the “prestige” and exclusive nature of the art world, freeing artists from the system and bringing art closer to the people.
